Reception Area
The reception area provides space for accountability of persons entering the building. The entire area is multifunctional and elongated at approximately 650 SF. Fill out the form below if interested in leasing a co-located space short or long term.
Classroom
The classroom has twelve student desks and chairs, one instructor desk, and space for audio-visual presentations (screen included only). The classroom is approximately 800 SF. Fill out the form below if interested in leasing a co-located space short or long term.
Boxing/Fitness Area
The boxing and fitness area (gym) includes two rooms with a collective size of 1400 SF. Area one includes a boxing ring and associated equipment and area two is an open space with available free weights, aerobic equipment and benches.
